Refund and Cancellation Policy of Divyadrishti Eye Centre Private Limited.
1. The Website and App provide you the ability to pay online through a third-party payment gateway for some of the Services available on the Website or App.
2. If you choose to pay online, you may be directed to a third-party payment gateway to enable processing of the payment. This transaction will be governed by the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the third-party payment gateway. Divyadrishti Eye Centre Pvt Ltd shall not be liable.
2.1. if any transaction does not fructify or may not be completed or
2.2. for any failure on part of the bank or the credit card or the third-party site or agency to perform any of its obligations or
2.3. in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly arising out of the decline or acceptance of authorization for any transaction, for any reason whatsoever.
3. Health check-up can be availed only on the date of appointment chosen by the patient, for rescheduling patient shall raise a prior request on call or email. You can call us at: 9835354444 or chat with us on our website, you can also drop email for any query regarding health checkup at info@ divyadrishtieyecentre.in with your appointment ID (if available). Health check-up is nontransferable and can be availed by the person whose name is mentioned in the appointment under patient details. The stated amount due for refund shall be processed within 7 business working days from the date of the cancellation, subject to all terms and conditions as mentioned Patient has not completed the billing at Divyadrishti Eye Centre Pvt Ltd.This policy is applicable to only new bookings of health checkup’s from Divyadrishti Eye Centre Pvt Ltd health check website. The hospital shall not be responsible in case communication is not received by the customer due to incomplete address given by the individual. The above-mentioned cancellation process and refund processing time may vary under special circumstances (such as holidays, strikes, bank delays etc) and the organization cannot be held liable for the delay. The cancellation policy entails refund of consultation fees only. The convenience fee will not be refunded. Amount will be refunded via same source of payment and will be subject to the payment terms of the source only.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy: The cancellation and refund policy is applicable to all online payments made through mobile app and website for booking appointments.
* Cancellation Time – Up to 8.00 A.M of one day before scheduled appointment date i,e if schedule appointment is for 15th April ,then, Cancellation is allowed up to 8.00 A.M on 14TH April.
* Refund – 100% of amount except Internet handling charges if cancellation is done within the Cancellation time stated above. NO REFUND on cancellation thereafter.
