1. Availability,Appointment,Rescheduling and or Cancellation : Divyadrishtieyecentre.in is an Online platform only for the Indian Citizen who is in possession of a valid Govt. ID proof. Online Payment, appointment in this case will cancelled and refund shall be granted at hospital desecration. Services shall be available for various consults and diagnostics and as per the inclusions as listed in the each package in Website. The Services with respect to a specific doctor/ physician shall be available subject to his / her availability. Confirmation of your appointment for a particular package shall be sent to you via SMS and or e-mail as appointment letter. Divyadrishti Eye Centre Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment without any prior intimation. For the health checkup, it is advised to report at the center 20 minutes before the time of appointment and it takes about two hrs for final disposal for routine checkup. However if may take more time if other investigations are done. The total time duration may vary depending upon crowd & availability of doctors.
