He received this award for his contribution in field of Ophthalmology by former union minister Sri Ravishankar Prasad & Chief of Dr RP Centre,AIIMS,New Delhi Prof.J.S.Titiyal in a glittering function.Dr Subhash Prasad delivered a talk & chaired session also in this conference
